Asian Sweet Sour Ribs

Ingredients:
3 lbs baby back ribs
1/2 C sugar
1/3 C. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. molasses
Directions:
Rinse ribs. Cut between bones to separate. Place in a baking pan. Bake uncovered in a 450 degree over, stirring often until well browned about 30 minutes. Drain ribs. Keep warm.

In a pan or pot, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and molasses. Bring to a boil on medium heat. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Pour mixture over ribs. Cook a little longer or until you have basted both sides of ribs.
